My name is Renata. I was born in Santiago, Chile and I live here with my parents and my little sister. I'm 16 and I'm part of the chilean youth, but I have a bit of time on this. So, I practice some sports like swimming, skateboarding, bodyboarding and somedays football. Whatever...I like play electric guitar too (I have a band :D). I play violin too (I learned it when I was 8). My english isn't very well, but the youth told me that I have to write on this way. About me I can say that I'm a little shy sometimes, but I'm friendly with everybody. well, I expect that everything's clear ^^. Sorry for my mistakes in the write. Regrets to everyone :*

Is a pleasure to meet you. My name is Francisca, i'm 17 and i'm part of the chilean youth. I live in the capital, Santiago de Chile, and the next year will be my last one in High School (here the school time is one year longer). I enjoy dancing, i like listening to music and reading. Also i like sports like football and tenis. About myself, i could say that i'm curios person, with a lot of energy and very friendly. I've heard of the GIS technology, but i'm just starting to use it. I think that it's an amazing tool, very helpful and interesting.
Greetings from Chile!
Fran

Hola,
Tambien me gusta jugar fútbol y tennis.
Saludos, Geovanny

Hi, my name is Laili Cervantes. I'm 15 years old and currently attend Corvallis High school in Corvallis Oregon. I enjoy singing, dancing, music, clothes, and riding my bike around town. I am a very outgoing person and easy to get along with.
I am not very great with GIS, still a beginner, but hopefully I will become a better user and use it here in my community to help others.

Hey everyone, my name is Lizbeth and I'm 19 years old. Currently, I'm about to start my sophomore year of college at Rice University in Houston, TX. As of right now, my major is Electrical Engineering. I've been with 4-H Tech Wizards for about four years now.
Overall, I would describe myself as laid back and easy going. I don't like stressing or worrying about things. I love keeping myself busy though. When I have free time, I tend to spend it with family or close friends...they are my rock. Haha. I seem pretty shy and soft spoken, but I'm actually just a great listener ;-)
Aside from that, I love listening to music, reading, dancing, and eating (no, really, I eat as a hobby).
I look forward to meeting lots of new people as well as seeing old faces again. Wooh!
PS: I don't actually say Y'all (yet).

Well, first of all my name is Sandy, I am 17 years old and just about to start my last year in High school. I live in Oregon, I've been living here my whole life, so I don't know much about different places. I really like music, all types. I especially like acoustic stuff like James Blunt and Riek. I know how to play the guitar, but not that well, I am still learning. I also like fashion (haha). I like to sew, and I am part of a 4-H sewing club. I also create jewelry and knit. The reason I am interested in GIS is because I believe that it is a great tool to have in any type of career. I am very passionated about the environmental movement going on right now and using GIS can help mucho.

Hello Sandy. I believe that you will enjoy here in Santiago. I would like to see Oregom because your landmarks and places are fabulous. I like James Blunt too, and i would like to play guitar but i haven't enough time to practice. It's good that you been interested in the environmental movements, and it's true that GIS could help, and a lot! Greetings!

Hello, I'm Luis and I am 17 years old. I am the only member currently involved full time in GIs from Forest Grove High School. I can be a very outgoing and exited person but I would say most of the time I am more relaxed and calm. I enjoy working with GIS but I also really enjoy working with multimedia. I really like producing and editing videos to show to the community and friends. I really hope I can do a career where I will be able to combine both my passions. I look forward to our trip to Santiago de Chile and our future experience with working with other youth to help them create their very own GIS project.

Recently tagged as a 24/8, I like to get involved in a lot of things - sometimes more than I should. Originially from the mountains of West Virginia, our family lives in one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. Commuting all about the "Triangle" (Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, NC) keeps me busy as I manage afterschool and summer programs for youth across Wake County. I firmly believe in building partnerships and leveraging resources to maximize benefits while minimizing costs.
By trade, I'm a math teacher. I taught middle school math for 2 years and high school math for 3 years in WV. After moving to North Carolina, I taught high school math for 8 years and university for 3. I love working with 4-H youth development and watching youth realize their potential while helping them build marketable skills that will ensure them future success.
Currently a life coach, I enjoy helping families and youth make plans that will set them up for a successful future.
Not quite finished. . . more later.

Fact is, I thought I would be able to edit posts, but that is apparently not the case. So 25/8 it is!
MORE. . . So I like to travel, watch movies, work out, be outside, and be with good friends. I'm fairly easy going and like most people. I do believe that everyone has potential to be successful.
Definitely looking forward to meeting and working with all of you wonderful people!
